How to make Kerala Palada Pradhaman Recipe 

  1. To begin making the Kerala Palada Pradhaman recipe, first slow boil milk and 1/2 cup sugar on low flame until it reduces lesser than half the quantity

  3. I used pressure cooker with weight on for about 60 minutes and slow cooked/boiled the milk
  4. ,
  5. The milk turned slightly pink in colour by doing this

  7. Cook ada as per packet instructions
  8. ,
  9. Once cooked, drain the ada and rinse it in cold water to stop cooking
  10. ,
  11. Heat ghee in a pan
  12. ,
  13. Add 1/4 cup sugar and saute
  14. ,
  15. Wait till sugar melts and starts to turn slightly brown
  16. ,
  17. Add cooked ada and saute for about 2 minutes
  18. ,
  19. Add about 1 to 1-1/2 cup boiled milk
  20. ,
  21. Mix well

  23. If it need more milk add it
  24. ,
  25. Sprinkle cardamom powder, mix well
  26. ,
  27. Serve hot or cold
