How to make Bael Ka Sharbat Recipe - Wood Apple Squash Drink 

  1. To begin making the Bael Ka Sharbat recipe, muddle the mint leaves and keep aside

  3. Break open the fruit by hitting on the floor
  4. ,
  5.  Scoop out the pulp in a large bowl using a spoon or a scooper
  6. ,
  7. Pour in some water and mash the pulp with your hands so as to separate the seeds
  8. ,
  9. Now strain the liquid using a sieve separating the seeds and the fiber
  10. ,
  11.  Repeat the process once again, adding some more water
  12. ,
  13. Add sugar/ jaggery, lemon juice and the remaining spices which includes black salt and cumin powder

  15. Add in the muddled mint leaves

  17. Add water, ice cubes and mix Bael Ka Sharbat properly
